Shipping Options:
- Standard Shipping: Free for all orders.
- Expedited Shipping: While standard shipping is free, expedited shipping is available for an additional fee if you want your order delivered faster. The cost will be calculated at checkout.
3. Delivery Time:
- Standard Shipping: We estimate delivery within 7 business days from the date of dispatch.
- Expedited Shipping: Delivery within 3-5 business days for an additional charge.
- Delivery timelines may vary slightly depending on your location and any unforeseen circumstances such as public holidays or logistical delays.
4. Shipping Locations:
We currently ship across all states and cities in India. International shipping is not available at this time.
5. Tracking Your Order:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this tracking number to check the delivery status on the courier service’s website.
6. Delayed or Lost Shipments:
While we aim to deliver within the estimated time, there may be occasional delays due to external factors like weather conditions, courier service issues, or peak demand periods.

7. Incorrect Address or Failed Deliveries:
- It is your responsibility to provide an accurate delivery address when placing your order. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or multiple failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional shipping charges may apply for redelivery.
- We are not responsible for packages that are delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
8. Order Modifications or Cancellations:
- Orders can only be modified or canceled if they have not yet been dispatched. Once the order is dispatched, no changes can be made.

9. Damaged or Lost Packages:
- If your package arrives damaged or appears to have been tampered with, please contact us immediately. We require a 360-degree unboxing video as proof to process any claims.
- If your order is confirmed lost in transit, we will arrange a replacement or refund after a thorough investigation with the courier service.
